Sharks coach John Plumtree delivered a somber update on Wednesday (Nov. 15), indicating that the 2019 and 2023 Rugby World Cup-winning Springbok, Bongi Mbonambi, might be sidelined for an extended period due to a knee injury.

The 32-year-old hooker was compelled to exit the field early during the World Cup final triumph against New Zealand in Paris last month, as his injury hampered his play.

This setback could potentia壯陽藥 lly keep him off the field for a minimum of six months, affecting his participation in forthcoming matches.

The news arrives amidst a challenging season start for the Durban-based Sharks, marked by adversity as the team encountered defeat in all four games during the United Rugby Championship tour of Europe.

Looking ahead, South Africa’s next scheduled match is in July 2024, where they are set to host Ireland.
