Sierra Leone: Egypt,Together With The State DIscuss Enhancing Military Cooperation

Egypt and Sierra Leone have discussed means of developing cooperation between their armed forces as they held the first meeting of their military cooperation committee.

Egypt’s Chief of Staff Osama Askar met with Deputy Minister of Defence of Sierra Leone Muana Brima Massaquoi, who is visiting Egypt currently as part of the activities of the committee meeting.

Massaquoi highlighted the relations binding Egypt and Sierra Leone, hailing the Egyptian efforts to support security and stability in Africa, according to a statement by the Egyptian Military Spokesman Gharib Abdel Hafez on Thursday.

A number of army commanders from both countries attended the meeting.
