In cases of physical submissions, quotations were to be enclosed in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the name and address of the interested company or entity, along with a detailed description and reference to the request. The envelope was to be labeled “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 24 DECEMBER 2023.”

It was emphasized in the announcement that all submitted bids would be processed immediately following the expiration of the deadline for submission, ensuring a transparent and efficient process for potential buyers interested in acquiring the aircraft.
