Mozambique and South Africa debate the management of Ressano Garcia and Ponta D’Ouro

Mozambique and South Africa intend to alleviate congestion and waiting time for trucks at the borders of Ressano Garcia and Ponta d´Ouro, in Maputo province.

Transport sector authorities from both countries debate the matter at the Ressano Garcia and Ponta d’Ouro Border Management Meeting, which takes place in Maputo from Monday to Thursday, according to the local press.

The objective of the meeting is to create a one-stop system and transform corridors into platforms of opportunity for maximizing customs revenue.
