Mauritius: Vivo Energy Introduces Shell V-Power, The Revolutionary Fuel, To The Local Market At An Exciting Price Of Rs 79.90 Per Liter

Vivo Energy Mauritius, holder of the Shell franchise in Mauritius, is inaugurating a new stage in the distribution of petroleum products with the introduction of Shell V-Power to the local market.

Mauritius is now among the first eight markets in the Vivo Energy group to offer this fuel formulated with exclusive additives designed to clean and protect the engine. Shell V-Power is available at 14 fuel stations across the island. With cutting-edge technology and unparalleled expertise in the field of high-quality fuels, Shell V-Power stands out as a revolutionary fuel while remaining an option suitable for all types of vehicles.

“Our commitment is to stay at the forefront in delivering innovative energy solutions, and the launch of Shell V-Power clearly demonstrates this. We are proud to pave the way for a more efficient and efficient future for our customers and for the entire Mauritian automotive industry,” says Matthias de Larminat, Managing Director (Outgoing), Vivo Energy Mauritius.

Shell V-Power is part of Shell’s range of premium fuels with a unique composition. Automotive manufacturers are constantly striving to optimize the performance and efficiency of their vehicles, leading to rapid advancements in powertrain technologies.

With the emergence of ever more compact and efficient engines, fuel requirements are becoming more and more rigorous. Impurities tend to accumulate more quickly in these contemporary engines. Shell V-Power has been formulated to enable engines to better cope with these challenges.

Not being subject to regulation by the Petroleum Pricing Committee, the price of Shell V-Power will be adjusted regularly and clearly displayed at service stations offering this premium fuel. Shell V-Power’s pump price will be influenced by various elements, such as the economic context, taxes imposed and operational costs. However, the fluidity of the market can cause price variations, and even occasional reductions. For its launch, the price of Shell V-Power is set at Rs 79.90 per liter at the pump.
