Mauritania: National Striker Boubacar Kamara Joins Emirati Club Al Jazira

The Emirati Al Jazira Football Club announced today, Friday, the signing of Mauritanian striker Boubacar Kamara, coming from the Greek club Olympiacos.

The player has previously gone through various experiences that led him to the French league (Monaco and Amiens), the English league (Fulham), and the Greek league.

Kamara was a prominent contributor to the national team’s qualification to the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations finals, Côte d’Ivoire.

The twenty-eight-year-old player holds dual Mauritanian and French nationalities.
