Due to the present political turmoil in Gabon, Africa, the manufacturing operations of Century Gabon SUARL, wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Century Plyboards (India) Ltd was partially impacted. The manufacturing plant thereat was shut down for a day (30th August, 2023) and has restored its normal operations from 31st August, 2023.
In view of the current situation, we do not foresee any significant impact of this situation on the financial performance of the WOS. As per the information available with us, we expect situation to limp back to normalcy in next few days.
