State institutions – including judicial bodies – work together to maintain their cohesion, stability, and consolidation of their values.
He also stressed the necessity of resolutely confronting all forms of crimes, especially new ones, which this era is witnessing a development in their patterns and methods of their perpetrators, while guaranteeing and guaranteeing the human rights of accused and victims alike, in accordance with the goals and policies of the state in its national strategy in this field. Upholding the supremacy of the Constitution and the law.
His Excellency also stressed his keenness to raise the capabilities of members of the Public Prosecution and its employees in various fields, with the need to provide them with an appropriate work environment that ensures that they fully perform their mission and allows them to take care of their own affairs.
His Excellency also directed the resumption of work on the digital transformation file at the Public Prosecution in order to develop its work and the services it provides to citizens, and to limit the obstacles created by the practical application of the various digital systems in order to overcome them, in a way that facilitates the work of the Public Prosecution and ensures the achievement of the desired justice.
His Excellency indicated his keenness to strengthen the frameworks of permanent effective cooperation between the Ministry of Justice, the Public Prosecution, and the various relevant state institutions, and to achieve integration between the Public Prosecution and those entities in various files, in a way that ensures the Public Prosecution to contribute to the leadership of the state and achieve its goals in caring for the interests of citizens, while preserving Its independence as an authentic branch of the lofty Egyptian judiciary.
