Angola: ITEL Holds 14th Technological Innovation Fair

The city of Luanda will host, from the 7th to the 9th of September, the 14th edition of the Technological Innovation Fair, held by the Telecommunications Institute (ITEL), with project presentations that demonstrate the students’ competence and experiences.

Under the motto “Technological Innovation at the service of road safety”, the event will see the participation of more than 80 exhibitors, more than 40 projects and expects the entry of more than four thousand visitors.

With the aim of expanding the reach of information and communication technologies, FITITEL is an annual initiative organized by the Telecommunications Institute, which, for more than a decade, has provided a platform for the exhibition of academic achievements, initially known as the “Feira do ITEL”.

The event, which becomes a dynamic celebration of innovation, with an exhibition of startups led by alumni of the aforementioned institution, is based on three fundamental pillars such as “Creativity and innovation, the participant experience and the transformation of ideas into products/ solutions.

At this fair, the organization will teach 5 mini-courses related to technology, there will also be the presence of 10 companies, more than 20 speakers, who will be distributed among the 10 lectures.
