The Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Angolan Communities, Domingos Vieira Lopes, considered, this Friday, diplomacy as a gateway to economic diversification.
The diplomat was speaking on the second day of the “Angola Global Business Forum”, representing the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, according to a press release.
In his address, Domingos Vieira Lopes said that the “Angola Global Business Forum” is an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences between Angolan and Emirati economic operators, in various areas.
