The National Bureau of Meteorology warned in a new weather bulletin of a severe heat wave that will affect 7 states on Saturday and Sunday.
The bulletin, which carried a level two alert, reported that the heat wave would affect the states of: Boumerdes, Tizi Ouzou, Bejaia, Jijel, Skikda, Annaba and El Tarf.
The heat wave will range between 42 and 43 degrees Celsius, and it will occur on Saturday and Sunday.
