The Minister of Industry and Minerals in the Interim Government of National Unity, Ahmed Abu Hisa, held a meeting with Suleiman Amora Biram, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Iron and Steel Company, to discuss the role of national industrial companies in reconstructing the city of Derna and providing all necessary supplies related to iron and steel products.
The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Iron and Steel Company explained the company’s complete readiness to provide all products in the required quantities and specifications of rebar and industrial iron.
Abu Hisa directed all companies and affiliated entities to take the necessary measures that would contribute to the reconstruction of the city and to communicate with the government emergency and rapid response team of the national unity government.
